Thandri Flower is also known as bahera, baheda, bastard myrobalan, and beleric. The botanical name of this herb is Terminalia bellirica. This plant is commonly grown in the plains and lower hills of South and Southeast Asia.
The leaves of these herbal plants are 15 cm long. The thandri seeds have 40% of oil content. The kernels are eaten by the lodha people of the Indian subcontinent.
