Ajwain / Omam

Ajwain is an annual herbal plant that belongs to the Apiaceae family. The other common names of ajwain are bishops weed, caraway, and carom seeds, It is scientifically known as Trachyspermum ammi. This spice is widely used in Indian cuisine that gives good flavor and taste to the dishes.
